Andrea was born in Peru to a Peruvian–Italian family and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Andrea has been a native Floridian by heart for over 10 years. After moving to Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in Miami, graduating summa cum laude.
Andrea became a licensed Realtor® in 2017 and has since built a thriving business rooted in professionalism, integrity, and results. She began her real estate career while still in college, quickly realizing it was the perfect fit, combining her love for working with people with her keen eye for design and architecture. In 2023, Andrea relocated from Miami to St. Petersburg, a city she now proudly calls home.
